The internal structure of a rocker switch usually consists of the following main parts:

a. Rocker (Actuator): The rocker is the core component of the rocker switch and is usually made of high-quality elastic materials, such as stainless steel spring steel. It is an elastic sheet with bearing points. When the switch is operated, it deforms to realize the switch function.

b. Contacts: Contacts are metal contacts within the rocker switch, usually made of highly conductive materials, such as silver alloy. When the rocker deforms, the contacts come into contact or separate, opening or closing the circuit.

c. Spring: The spring is used to restore the original state of the rocker to ensure rapid response and reliability of the switch. A spring is usually located underneath the rocker and returns the rocker to its original position.

d. Housing: The housing is the outer packaging of the rocker switch and is used to protect the internal components and provide mechanical support. The casing is usually made of engineering plastics or metal and has sufficient strength and durability.

e. Button: In some Rocker Switches, in order to control the rocker more conveniently, a button can be installed. Pressing the button will apply force to the rocker, triggering the switch action.
